PYHO: Mixed Messages

Do you ever find yourself in a situation where you know that God is answering one of your prayers, but the message is a little garbled, so you aren't really sure which one?

Um... yeah... that's me this week!

Of course, if I didn't have conflicting prayers, maybe I would have an answer!

I know it will become clear in time, but right now, GRRR!

Patience is definitely a virtue, apparently it's just not one of mine! *grins*

Clearly you need to make God a diagram. Diagrams are always easier to follow.

Sending you prayers!

YES! YES! YES! I just finished praying about things and wondering what I was to be doing. I did nothing - and continued to pray. NO LIE. One day, I was talking to a friend of the same faith - and we were discussing this problem. All of the sudden I became CONVICTED that I was to take time off from work. As if God was talking to me. I blogged about it. Anyway - keep praying. I will pray that you get an answer - as clear as day answer. Kristen

A good friend once told me that patience is a virtue best left to the virtuous. I? Am not patient either. Hope you can find out sooner than later which prayer exactly will be answered!

Patience is a hard lesson to learn. I ususally try to avoid the lesson at all costs lol ;)

Sending you lots of love!

Keeping you in my prayers. I have had the same problem, and while it can be frustrating sometimes, Im sure God will give you the right answer when your least expecting it.

I was just saying the other day how cool it would be if we could just pick up the phone and call God directly!

Hope it becomes clear soon.

I've been trying to refine myself and learn patience. It's not working.

You are not alone. Oh, patience! I wish it was innate in all of us!

I have very little patience. I often find that I haven't realized I received an answer to my prayer until after the event or in the middle of. Some have been conflicting and confusing but it is all good.

Being able to wait for answers is definitely not one of my strengths. And I've had many experiences of an unanswered prayer being a blessing. Good luck.

When it comes to my kid - I have all the patience in the world.

Anything or anyone else - nope, not really.

Just speak slowly and clearly...that helps.

Sometimes I think I'm hearing His voice, and then it goes quiet and I'm like, "hello anyone there?" I'm not very good at waiting, either. =(

This has happened to me several times! Life would be so much easier if God had a cell phone and could just text us, don't you think?
