I Am Thankful

Not the most original post for the day before Thanksgiving, but it's definitely from the heart. Even in all my whining and complaining, I know I have much to be thankful for this year!

I am thankful for my job. I don't like it very much right now, but I'm glad I have it.

I am thankful for my home and the comfort it brings my children and me.

I am thankful that my dad is physically healthy and still here with us, even though we won't be together tomorrow.

I am thankful for my mom. She drives me crazy, but that just keeps it real.

I am thankful for my sister. She makes me laugh.

I am thankful Lawn Boy. He makes me happy.

I am thankful for my friends. I was having a bad day this weekend and I called one of them and she said, "Of course come over!" Priceless!

I am thankful for my ex husband. Without him, I would not have my children.

I am thankful for his wife and their children. As long as he has another family to provide for, he should always have a good job and that means my children will be provided for first. It's the law! *grins*

I am thankful for my faith. It carries me through.

I am thankful for my Grammy.  She is so brave.

I am thankful for my grandfather for loving my Grammy so much and working so hard to keep her home.

I am thankful for my children. 'Nough said!

Well-written. But, this is a good post because most of all it is from your heart.

It might not be the most original post, but it's lovely! I love how you included things that someone might not normally your ex-husband!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I think you can't have enough posts right now reminding people how fortunate we all really are! :)

I think it's always good to look at the things we are grateful for. Thanksgiving just gives us the specific day to do it. It's a lovely list of thankful thoughts. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Isn't it funny how we can even find a way to be thankful about the negative things, because of the positive things they sometimes bring?

You have a lot of reasons to be thankful. I'm thankful for so many big and little things as well. =)
