Southern Women Say What?

To start you off with a Monday Morning Chuckle!

*Some language ever so slightly off color*

I was tickled by some of the things in this video that I do say ~ "Bless her heart." "Sugar"~ and maybe a tad relieved at some that I still don't!

Are any of these a normal part of your vocabulary?

HA! This is my MIL and SIL to a tee! I'm Texan, so we drawl everything.

Funny. I am guilty of saying many of these things on a daily basis!

I might have said several of those things. Thanks for the laugh this morning.

Have a good week!

That was funny as hell! Or, as my cousin from Alabama would say, hay-ell!

Oh, this cracked me up! I say some of these and then cringe when people say others (I hate "fixin' to.")

I laughed so hard I watched it twice! I will pull out a "bless her heart" from time to time! I wasn't raised in the south, but I do find that one useful. I've heard MANY of the others, though!

This was really fun; I love those accents. "He's dumb as dirt; bless his heart." made me LOL, but I'll never forget the real-life example I observed one day in a public restroom, when I ran out of toilet paper and asked the stranger in the next stall for a loan. She replied, "Well, bless your heart!" so sincerely; that was adorable.
