Wordless Wednesday: Sweet Baby B
Meet my new niece, Baby B.
Check out all that hair! My children were fair-haired and mostly bald. Who knew babies could have so much dark hair!?!

Hehe, I was born with jet black hair... and according to the ultrasound technician, our baby has hair already :)
My first thought was, "Oh my goodness, LOOK AT THAT HAIR!"
That's what my son looked like when he was born, too. I had been told throughout my pregnancy that there's an old wives tale about women who suffer with bad heartburn while being pregnant have babies with lots of hair. It definitely held true in my case! I had God-awful heartburn for 9 months, and my baby looked like a gorilla! ;-) Besides the full head of hair, he had hairy arms and legs, hair across his shoulders, and a patch of hair on the small of his back that never went away. Only now, it's yucky "man hair." hahaha!

Nothing more precious than a newborn baby. My friend from high school, who has two boys, 13 and 10, got a big surprise (since she thought she was done) and had a baby girl last spring. She had a head full of hair just like that!
